BALTIMORE, MD – December 4, 2007 - Two EMCOR Subsidiaries, The Poole & Kent Corporation and EMCOR Services Combustioneer Corporation, have teamed up in the Baltimore area in order to add a strong facility maintenance and service component to the robust spectrum of mechanical design and construction services currently offered to their clients.

The Poole & Kent Corporation is one of the leading mechanical contractors in the eastern United States; Combustioneer is one of the oldest and largest full service mechanical and electrical service contractors in the Mid-Atlantic region. Combining the individual strengths of these organizations, the new service group will operate out of Poole & Kent’s Baltimore office.
