The Project
With the opening of the new Washington, D.C. Convention Center, the tourism and hospitality markets are thriving in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The Embassy Suites Hotel group, is constructing a 14-story, 280,000 square foot, 385-room, European style, luxury hotel located within walking distance to the New Washington D.C. Convention Center, MCI Center, and other major D.C. attractions. The new hotel will feature meeting and entertainment spaces, restaurant, cafe, health club, and spa facilities.
PK Role
Poole and Kent is performing the total mechanical and plumbing scope of work for this project. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2005.

Poole and Kent has completed some of the most prestigious hotels in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas i.e. Harborcourt Hotel - Baltimore, The Marriott Waterfront Hotel-Baltimore, and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel-D.C.
